Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and analytically sharp Senior Business Analyst with 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, operations strategy, or specialized supply chain analytics, based in Bangalore.

This role is crucial for driving strategic decision-making and optimizing supply chain performance. The analyst must have a strong command of data visualization and analysis tools and a proven ability to lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that directly influence senior stakeholders and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Analysis and Project Leadership :

• Lead cross-functional projects from inception through completion, ensuring deliverables drive measurable business impact on operational efficiency and cost structure.
• Apply a deep understanding of supply chain concepts, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and cost levers to identify system bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Utilize problem-solving frameworks such as Six Sigma or Lean principles to structure analysis and drive process improvement initiatives.
