Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training content to enhance partner performance and drive business growth.
- Manage training programs for agency partners, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with partners to address performance gaps and provide feedback.
- Analyze training effectiveness through metrics such as knowledge retention rates and sales improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
4-6 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (agency management, sales, etc.).Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective training programs.Strong understanding of life insurance products, sales strategies, and customer service principles.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse audiences.Role : Life Insurance - Other
