DigiHelic Solutions - Network Security Process Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Security Process Engineer to join our team in Pune. Responsibilities :

• Process Analysis and Design : Analyze existing network security processes (e.g., firewall rule changes, VPN access requests, proxy management) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Documentation and Standardization : Design, document, and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and process flowcharts using notations like BPMN, flowcharts, and swimlanes.
• Operational Improvement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security engineers, IT operations, and business stakeholders, to implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery.
• Metrics and Reporting : Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process effectiveness and provide regular reports on process performance, identified issues, and implemented improvements.
• Service Management : Apply knowledge of IT service management principles, particularly ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management, to ensure our security operations are structured and reliable.
• Collaboration : Work with global teams to align on best practices and ensure consistent application of processes across the organization.
