Max Budget : 15 lpa

Here's what you'll be diving into :

  • Owning Customer Growth – driving adoption, engagement, and retention across our customer base.
  • Working closely with founders to design and execute growth experiments that move core product metrics.
  • Leading customer-facing initiatives like success stories, advocacy programs, and growth loops.
  • Partnering with product and engineering teams to translate customer insights into new product initiatives.
  • Helping shape GTM motions – from campaigns and partnerships to playbooks and sales enablement.
  • Taking on special strategic projects that cut across functions (product, growth, partnerships, ops).
  • Setting up the right dashboards, reporting, and feedback loops to measure success and iterate fast.
  • Acting as a founder’s extension – stepping into any gap that needs solving, from tactical firefighting to long-term planning.
  • Building lightweight processes to keep the team running smoothly without slowing down agility.

We're looking for someone who :

  • BTech with 1-3 years of work experience
  • Has an ability to be super responsive across communication channels
  • Is a jack-of-all-trades, ready to jump in wherever needed with a can-do attitude.
  • Has the hustle and drive to cut through the noise and make things happen.
  • Has a mindset that is open to learning, working hard and having fun.
  • Has Experience in growth roles in B2B Saas startups
  • Has the drive and tenacity to get the job done, and to inspire their team members to do the same.
  • Has ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
