Job Title : Senior Manager – US IT Recruitment

Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – US IT Recruitment to lead and drive end-to-end IT recruitment for US operations for one of our major BPO Client in Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level US IT roles across various technologies and domains.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain relationships with clients and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
- Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of US IT recruiters.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.
- Provide strategic direction on hiring priorities, sourcing strategies, and process improvements.
- Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and engaging team culture.
Required Skills and Experience :
12 years of overall experience, with expertise in US IT recruitment, including 2–4 years in a leadership or managerial role.Deep understanding of US hiring practices, visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).Strong sourcing, assessment, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requirements and deliver under tight timelines.Hands-on experience with ATS, VMS, and CRM systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to lead, inspire, and retain high-performing teams.Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.Exposure to services-based client environments.Prior experience working with direct clients or large system integrators in the US.
