Job title : Head, Master Data Management, M&S Services.

Location : Hyderabad

About The Job

Represent master data (MD) business operations at the leadership level (M&S Master Data Office lead) and liaise with relevant stakeholders, especially Data & Process Manager at site level and global master data teams. Secure master data (MD) quality and availability at the Sanofi target. Manage master data hub teams. Identify any master data quality and availability issues and propose solutions and remediation (continuous improvement spirit).

Main Responsibilities

Partnering with M&S Master Data Office lead and team
Guarantee hub activities at the target of quality and responsiveness
Managing Master Data team of the hub
Put in place effective hub management mechanism :
To motivate team leads to improve teams' performance everyday
To ensure required skills of team members and increase retention rate
To identify and leverage synergies across the different teams within MD business operations
Ensure continuous improvement initiatives receive relevant buy-in of key stakeholders and required budget approvals, as well as improve collaboration between business operations and M&S Master Data Office

About You

Experience : Minimum 8 years in senior leadership position. Minimum 5 years lead role in Master Data Management with knowledge of pharma industry.

Technical & soft skills : Strong understanding of Master Data Management and data governance frameworks. Work experience with SAP ERP (ECC 6.0, S / 4H), LIMS, data analytics tools (SnowFlake).Multiple years of work experience in pharma. Lead and motivate the team to get better every day. Be a good communicator and leader to resolve ad-hoc issues. Strong ownership and stakeholder mgmt.

Education : Educational background in supply chain mgmt. / logistics and / or pharma quality mgmt. and / or pharma manufacturing and / or data analytics.

Languages : Good communication in English.
