Ekloud - Salesforce Workato Consultant

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Workato Consultant with deep expertise in building, managing, and optimizing enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in architecting automation workflows, ensuring seamless data synchronization, and delivering scalable solutions across Salesforce and a wide range of SaaS platforms such as NetSuite, Workday, Snowflake, Slack, and more. This role requires both technical acumen and business understanding to translate requirements into robust integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Development & Management :

• Design, build, and deploy complex integrations using Workato across Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Develop and optimize Workato recipes, workflows, and connectors for end-to-end automation use cases such as employee onboarding, financial system syncs, notifications, and compliance alerts.
• Implement error handling, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms for integrations in production.
