Zoho One Sales & Solutions Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Zoho One Sales & Solutions Consultant who will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, gathering client requirements, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho applications, excellent presentation skills, and a strong understanding of business process automation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Demonstrations :
• Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations of Zoho One Applications (CRM, Projects, Recruit, People, Desk etc.) to potential and existing clients.
• Customize and tailor demonstrations based on client business needs.
• Address client queries and showcase the best possible solutions using Zoho.
• Requirement Gathering :
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and pain points.
• Document business requirements and map them to Zoho One features.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are well understood.
• Pre-Sales & Solutioning :
• Assist the sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales discussions.
• Suggest the best-suited Zoho applications and configurations for clients.
• Prepare and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) when required.
• Stakeholder Collaboration :
• Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process optimization using Zoho solutions.
