About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive WordPress developer to join our offshore development team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level WordPress solutions. If you have a strong technical background, a consultative mindset, and enjoy solving complex problems, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in technical discussions with client teams and contribute ideas to enhance and scale WordPress platforms.
• Define clear and efficient implementation approaches for new features, custom components, and system integrations.
• Take ownership of the technical delivery process, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Proactively engage in addressing technical queries from internal teams and client stakeholders with clarity and collaboration.
• Set up and manage development, staging, and production environments, including deployment workflows.
• Drive a culture of clean code, re-usability, and thoughtful architecture across the team.
