Experience : 3+ years in IT Sales {ERP (main), SaaS, SAP, Cloud, etc.}
About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Manager to join our growing team in
Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling IT solutions such as ERP, SaaS, SAP, or Cloud-based services. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing a small team, building strong client relationships, and representing the company to prospective and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
Pitch IT solutions to potential clients
Drive the complete sales cycle : lead generation, client meetings, proposal, closure, and onboarding
Manage and mentor a small team of sales executives
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term retention
Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and events
Meet monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT Sales
Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (spoken and written)
Ability to manage a team and work independently
Excellent client handling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working from the office (Gurgaon)
