We're looking for a Marketing / Sales Manager in senior position who can take the lead in shaping our brand, driving digital campaigns, and helping us expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and industrial trends.
• Conduct competitor analysis and SWOT assessments.
• Develop & implement sales strategies to achieve & growth targets for welding consumables.
• Forecast sales volumes & plan inventory accordingly.
• Lead & manage team of sales officers
• Manage distributor & dealer networks.
• Plan promotional activities (trade shows, digital campaigns, B2B outreach)
• Collect feedback from sales and customers to improve products and marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain a strong brand presence in the manufacturing sector.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales targets.
• Manage digital campaigns (SEO, LinkedIn, email marketing).
• Organize and represent the company at industry expos, conferences, and customer meetings.
