Assistant Manager - Voyage - Dry cargo vessel

3rd Officer (Dry cargo) with

• 5–7 years
• shore‑based experience in ops / management.
• Shore Experience :
• Mandatory in commercial operations / voyage management.

Task and Responsibilities

• Assist the Chartering Department in collating the information required by customers during the pre-fixture

negotiations.

• To liaise and coordinate with Master / Brokers / Charterers, Agents, Internal departments on efficient & to

facilitate smooth execution of the voyage on a 24 / 7 basis.

• Monitor voyage progress (Delivery / Redelivery notices, SOF, Off Hires, Claims)
• Checking Bill of Lading and preparing LOI
• Liaising with accounting and prepare summary of outstanding, receivables.
• Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Location :
• Mumbai (HQ) – Open to travel / shore duties.
