Lead Dynamics 365 CE Customization Expert

Senior D365 Developer (with Power Apps experience)

Location : Anywhere in India (remote work)

Immediate joiners (within one week) only.

Roles and responsibilities

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE solutions including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, business rules, model-driven apps and configuration.
• Build complex Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate flows , integrating with Dataverse, SharePoint, and external APIs.
• Design and implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, REST APIs .
• Create reusable components, PCF controls, and ensure scalable architecture across environments.
• Manage deployments via Azure DevOps , including solution layering, CI / CD pipelines, and source control.
• Analyse requirements, participate in workshops, translate business needs into technical designs.
• Prepare technical documentation and support testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning and optimisation.
• Strong experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript , Dataverse, security roles, and environment management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently or lead technical streams.
• Preferably certified (PL-400, MB-600 etc.);

experience in government or regulated sectors is a plus.
