✅ What We’re Looking For :

Fresh graduates (BBA / MBA in HR preferred) or candidates with up to 1 year of internship / training experience in HR or recruitment

Interest in tech hiring, AI / ML, or the data services industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a dynamic environment

Someone who can join immediately and work on-site in Noida

What You’ll Learn :

End-to-end recruitment lifecycle and best practices

Exposure to hiring for roles like Data Annotators, Content Writers, and Subject Matter Experts

Real-time experience with bulk hiring and fast-paced hiring cycles

Tools, platforms, and strategies used in modern tech recruitment
