Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

- Handle employee grievances and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in HR or related field.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Education
