Designation- Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Location : Hyderabad

Salary : upto 5.5l fixed + Travelling allowance and variable

Accountability- Client Acquisition, Revenue generation, Client Relationship Management

Objective of the Role

  • This position would be the first point of contact for our clients and hence is very critical.
  • The person would make the client aware about all the benefits of the product and will strive to acquire the client.

About the role

  • Should have an interest in Business Development (B2C) for Software Application products / solutions.
  • Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations as they are our potential clients.
  • Meet prospective clients, and execute product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a motive to get conversions.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales Opportunities.
  • Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform.

    • Key Requirements

  • Willingness to travel on the field on a daily basis.
  • Should have a vehicle with a valid driving License (DL)
  • Should be comfortable working on weekends (Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off between Mon-Thursday.
  • Excellent communication (English & regional Language) & interpersonal skills.
  • Basic MS office excel, word & PPT, etc.
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
