Role Overview
As a Senior Academic Counsellor , you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning solutions offered by Infinity Learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales : Proactively connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales.
- Consultative Selling : Understand the academic needs of students and parents to recommend personalized learning solutions.
- Revenue Growth : Plan and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
- Negotiation & Closing : Handle objections effectively, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.
- Home Visits : Conduct home demonstrations to engage with leads in person and showcase product offerings.
