Salary Offered : Up to ₹30,000 per month.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour & Travel - Travel Consultant based in Mumbai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting clients on travel options, providing customer service, and handling reservations. Other daily tasks include coordinating travel plans, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients, and addressing any travel-related queries or issues.

Qualifications

Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
Relevant experience in the travel industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities :

Client Interaction :

Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific travel needs and preferences.

Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Itinerary Planning :

Create detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Research and recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, and transportation options.

Coordinate with various service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Booking and Ticketing :

Utilise travel booking systems to efficiently book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.

Issue tickets and travel documents to clients.

Monitor and manage travel budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Visa and Documentation :

Assist clients with visa applications and documentation processes.

Stay updated on visa requirements and immigration regulations.

Post-Travel Services :

Provide post-travel support, including handling claims, refunds, and feedback.

Analyse travel data to identify trends and improve future services.

Stay Updated :

Keep abreast of industry trends, travel destinations, and regulations.

Attend industry events and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
