Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE architecture to lead the technical design and implementation of TLC solutions in a global healthcare transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas) , Power Pages , Power Automate , and Dataverse .

Design and optimize Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service modules.

Lead complex integration scenarios leveraging Azure Logic Apps , Service Bus , and custom APIs.

Ensure robust security, compliance, and role-based access control across Power Platform and D365 CE.

Implement solution layering , deployment automation, and ALM pipelines .

Drive CI / CD automation using Azure DevOps and manage version control.

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a hybrid global delivery model.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in Microsoft technologies, including 6+ years in Power Platform / D365 CE architecture.

Hands-on expertise in :

Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas)

Power Pages (Portals)

Power Automate (Flows, RPA)

Dataverse data modeling & relationships

Proven experience in architecting complex integrations using Azure Logic Apps , Service Bus , or custom APIs.

Strong knowledge of security, compliance, ALM best practices , and Azure DevOps CI / CD .

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing Power Platform in healthcare or regulated environments .

Microsoft Certifications :

PL-600 : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

MB-600 : Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

Understanding of Meditech , healthcare data models, and FHIR-based integrations .
