Job descriptionTake warm inbound & outbound sales calls Understand prospects’ fitness goals and challenges Pitch and close high-value fitness coaching programs Handle objections and follow-ups professionally Maintain conversion quality and close deals Coordinate with the coach and internal team Base Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 (Based on last drawn salary & interview performance) Incentives : Performance-based Total Earning Potential : ₹50,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month with incentives Ticket Size : ₹20,000 - ₹60,000 Leads : Warm & qualified Niche : Fitness Coaching Experience in sales / closing (Fitness or Coaching preferred) Comfortable working on weekends Strong communication & persuasion skills Target-driven and performance-oriented Looking for long-term growth Available to join immediately

We are hiring one Sales Closer for a renowned fitness coach with a strong brand and consistent lead flow. This role is ideal for someone who wants stable income + strong incentives in the fitness coaching space.
⏰ Working Hours & Weekly Off
- Timings : 10 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM
- Working Days : Weekends are working (Saturday & Sunday)
- Weekly Off : 1 weekday off (not Sunday)
