Integrate traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge tools (AI, AR, immersive Establish and uphold design systems that scale seamlessly across touchpoints, without 12+ years of progressive experience in art direction and design, with at least 5 years in a A portfolio that demonstrates mastery of art direction across categories—luxury, fashion, Proven track record of leading teams to deliver award-winning campaigns at Cannes, D&AD, Strong understanding of brand storytelling, cultural nuance, and the intersection of design Exceptional presentation and communication skills-capable of inspiring cross functional teams. Would be good : Experience working on Indian or global luxury and / or hospitality brands. A visionary tastemaker with an instinct for what’s next. Equally fluent in classic design codes and experimental innovation. A mentor and leader who nurtures talent and builds creative culture.
