Role Purpose :

The Associate - Communications will independently manage NeoGreen’s internal and external communications initiatives, supporting brand building, stakeholder engagement, and strategic storytelling. The role involves content creation, social media management, and communication planning, while being guided and mentored by senior leadership

Key Responsibilities :

A. Internal Communications

Develop and circulate internal updates, newsletters, and leadership communications.

Support employee engagement communications, including event updates and announcements.

Ensure consistent messaging aligned with organizational priorities.

B. External Communications

Own content strategy and execution for NeoGreen’s LinkedIn page, website, and other digital platforms.

Draft and edit project updates, thought leadership articles, press releases, and marketing materials.

Coordinate with external agencies or consultants as required, including basic PR or media liaison support.

Support brand-building initiatives to amplify NeoGreen’s story and visibility.

C. Communication Support & Administration

Ensure implementation of communications strategy and SOPs.

Prepare communication-ready materials for senior management.

Maintain and update the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery across all channels.

Support organization of corporate events, town halls, and training programs.

Track communication performance and provide insights to leadership for improvements.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and communication standards.

Qualifications :

Degree or diploma or certification in Mass Communications or a related field.

Experience :

1 to 3 years of communications or content creation experience.

Prior experience working in corporate communications, social media, or branding is advantageous.

Experience in social media marketing would be advantageous.

Required Skills :

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in social media management, especially LinkedIn, and content creation tools.

Ability to write, edit, and format content for diverse audiences.

Good command over English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Proficiency in MS Office, content management tools, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple communication channels.

Analytical mindset to track engagement metrics and improve communication effectiveness.
