Position : MuleSoft Architect

Experience : 10+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days

Location : Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Kolkata

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient MuleSoft Architect with over 10 years of experience in integration development and architecture, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

The ideal candidate will have a mandatory background in MuleSoft presales architecture and a proven track record of designing and implementing complex, end-to-end API-led connectivity solutions. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, developing integration strategies, and ensuring that all solutions align with enterprise architecture principles and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Architecture & Strategy : Architect and design end-to-end integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Develop and enforce integration strategies, best practices, and standards. Design API-led connectivity solutions, including System APIs, Process APIs, and Experience APIs, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture principles.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Ensure all solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.
Development & Implementation : Lead the development of MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and microservices. Configure key MuleSoft components like API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange. Implement security policies, throttling, and monitoring for all APIs.
Integration & Deployment : Integrate MuleSoft with various systems such as Salesforce, SAP, AWS, and Azure. Manage and optimize deployment processes using CI / CD pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during development and post-deployment to ensure system stability.
Performance & Optimization : Optimize MuleSoft applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Conduct thorough performance testing and tuning of APIs and integrations.
Documentation & Compliance : Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational guides. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations by implementing robust authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, SAML, SSL / TLS).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Experience :

10+ years of total experience in integration development and architecture.

4+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Mandatory experience in MuleSoft presales architecture.

Certifications :

MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect (Required).

MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (Preferred).

Technical Proficiency :

Proven experience designing and implementing API-led connectivity solutions.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and EDI.

Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, API Designer, and DataWeave.

Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP) and microservices architecture.

Expertise with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker) and CI / CD pipelines.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid integration scenarios.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Salesforce integration using MuleSoft.

Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
