Technical Architect React JS / React Native

Location : Gurgaon.

Experience : 8+ Years (including 45 years in React Native and React JS).

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with strong expertise in React-based web application development and hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud services.

The candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical design decisions, ensure best practices in coding and deployment, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of frontend and backend developers in building React-based enterprise web applications.
Hands on Experience is must.
Design, architect, and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Storage, and Networking.
Oversee cloud deployments, CI / CD pipelines, and environment management in Azure DevOps.
Manage database design and optimization using SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to design patterns.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement best practices for scalability and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

79 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a lead / mentorship role.

Strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.

Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, VNet, Key Vault, etc.

Proven expertise in cloud deployment pipelines and DevOps practices.

Strong database skills with SQL Server (stored procedures, performance tuning) and Cosmos DB.

Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

Knowledge of authentication / authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Experience in serverless computing and event-driven architecture.

Exposure to enterprise application security, compliance, and monitoring.

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
