Role : US IT Recruiter Company : Soho Square Solutions Location : Permanent Work from Home / Remote Work Hours : 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM (IST) Position Type & Duration : Permanent Job Description : It is a hands-on Independent Contributor role wherein the Recruiter is expected to work on US-based IT & Functional IT positions. Required Skills : 2-10 years of experience with US IT / Functional IT Recruitment. Manage & Fulfil end-to-end US-based IT / Functional IT requirements for Full-time and contract hires. Experience in Bulk-hiring for US geography, anywhere around 8-10 hiring per year. Extensive experience in “self-sourcing” using Job Portals and social media (, Twitter, Git Hub, etc.) Extremely good at stakeholder management. Very good in managing escalations, data-driven individual. Good candidate pipeline building & mapping skills. Good at reactive & proactive recruitment. Track-record of Quality over Quantity. Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organization to the candidates. Experience in building a promising pipeline of Employee Referrals and further translating these referrals into “hiring numbers”. Experience working on ATS. Extremely confident while communicating with the internal stakeholders and external candidates. Passionate about recruitment and willing to go the extra mile to close the positions. Individuals who love candidate engagement to the core and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for each hire.
