To independently lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and draftsmen responsible for the core design, detailing, and engineering of bulk material handling and utility systems. The incumbent will ensure complete design deliverables — from conceptual design to detailed engineering — in compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and organizational standards.
