Description
We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Head Learning and Development (L&D) to lead our training initiatives and strengthen employee capability across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of training frameworks, content design, and team development, with the ability to implement learning programs that support business goals and enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute L&D strategies to support organisational objectives and workforce capability building.
- Identify training needs across departments and design structured learning programs accordingly.
- Create and manage training modules for technical, sales, leadership, and soft-skills development.
- Oversee training operations : content creation, scheduling, delivery, assessments, and feedback.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure L&D initiatives align with business priorities.
- Coordinate with internal trainers or external training partners as needed.
- Implement digital learning solutions, e-learning modules, and blended learning approaches.
- Monitor training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
- Support continuous learning culture through onboarding programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Manage training documentation, reports, and compliance requirements.
Requirements :
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Strong understanding of training design, adult learning principles, and modern learning tools.Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with LMS platforms or digital learning tools is an added advantage.Experience :
Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar training-focused role.
