We are Hiring Process Design Engineer Industrial Water Applications!

🎓 Education : B.E Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar.

💼 Experience : 6 - 18 years (Minimum 6 years is Mandatory)

📍 Location : Hosur (Work from Office)

🕒 Employment Type : Full-Time

📅 Workdays : 5 working days

We are looking for clean water system as major experience and not Sewage or Wastewater treatment.

Role Description

Work in the areas of water systems and treatment plant evaluation, modelling and design, master planning and project delivery.

Design clean and water treatment plants, typical applications being data centres, medical water systems, municipal, industrial, Pharma, and reuse / recycling water systems with payback evaluations.

Must have experience working with water treatment technologies : RO, UF, Filters and Filter Media, Ion Exchange, EDI, High Purity Water, Ultrapure Water, Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems

P&IDs, GA drawings, equipment sizing, BOQs, and design submittals for Equipment Supply, EPC, or turnkey projects.

Coordinating and adjusting the work effort within the project team to ensure project work is completed on schedule and within allocated budget.

Execution of project design (management of resources within constraints of project budget and schedule) and culminating with management of the bid and construction phase engineering service support.

Maintain regular and constructive communication with clients and project team members.

Simultaneously managing multiple projects and clients.

Compiling pre and post project completion documentation to a very high standard

Support business development activities

Qualifications :

Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar.

Extensive experience in the design of water treatment systems is essential with design emphasis on the Data Centre, Industrial, Municipal and Pharma sectors being an advantage

Excellent technical writing and communication skills.

Fluent English speaker with strong speaking skills as the position will require presentations to clients.

Must exhibit strong project management skills.

Work in a multi-disciplinary team in developing conceptual, feasibility, and final designs for a wide variety of water treatment projects.

Strong detail-oriented work style, and an accommodating and proactive attitude.

IT literate and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and MS Project

Proficiency in the use of 2D / 3D CAD and Revit is an advantage

Hydraulic calculations, P&ID, PFD process flow diagram, Stress Analysis, Mass Balance, RO, DM, Industrial Water, Process Design
