About the Role :
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing E-commerce team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving data-informed decisions across marketing, sales, and operations by turning complex datasets into intuitive visual stories and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities :
Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and sales trends across multiple e commerce platforms.
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate insights effectively.
Translate complex data into clear visual narratives that help business stakeholders make informed decisions.
Support digital marketing teams with performance reporting (e.g., conversion rates, ROAS, CAC).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities through data-driven insights. Clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources (e.g., Shopify, Google Analytics, Amazon, Meta Ads, etc.).
Automate recurring reports and visualization pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Present findings to leadership with compelling data stories and visualization-driven insights.
Qualifications :
3–5 years of experience in a data analytics or reporting role, preferably in the e commerce or retail sector.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel / Google Sheets.
Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Understanding of key e-commerce metrics (AOV, CLV, conversion rate, ROAS, etc.).
Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Ads, or other e-commerce tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with data.
Nice to Have :
Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics and data visualization automation.
Familiarity with A / B testing, campaign performance analysis, and marketing attribution.
Knowledge of CRM tools like Klaviyo or HubSpot.
