IS Database Specialist Oracle

Job descriptionExperience provisioning and supporting Oracle RAC and Data Guard Experience working on regulated systems (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector) Change management knowledge Experience leveraging Ansible for automation Experience supporting PostgreSQL databases Database certifications (OCP) (preferred not required)
Basic Qualifications :
- Master's degree and 4 to 6 years of Information Systems and Database Administration experience OR
- Bachelor's degree and 6 to 8 years of Information Systems and Database Administration experience OR
- Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Information Systems and Database Administration experience
- Experience administering Oracle Database and related services & monitoring systems
- Demonstrable experience automating database provisioning, patching and administration
- Experience with various toolsets to monitor, fix, verify database and server performance metrics, server and storage issues
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and standard processes
- Understanding of operating system tools for performance and troubleshooting issues
- Excellent data-driven problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrable experience as part of a high-performance team
