ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Developing a comprehensive content strategy for reels, including topics, themes, and posting schedules.
- Researching and analyzing social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
- Researching and creating brand captions and copies for all social media postings.
- Setting up and optimizing clients' pages within each platform to increase the visibility of social content.
- Scheduling and monitoring postings to ensure consistent engagement on all brand handles.
- Aiding in the daily aspects of promoting brand campaigns online.
- Assisting in implementing plans to increase followers organically on popular social media websites such as Twitter and Instagram.
- Improving customer engagement and promoting social media campaigns.
- Taking care of ORM (Online Reputation Management) for brands.
- Reviewing content to ensure that it complies with relevant regulations, copyright laws, and brand guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.Certification in social media marketing or related fields (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics) is a plus.Proven experience of 3+ years in social media marketing, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.BENEFITS :
