Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud , and other Salesforce modules.
  • Oversee end-to-end Salesforce project implementation , from requirement analysis to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and QA Engineers , ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, Middleware, and third-party connectors.
  • Implement automation solutions using Flows, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Process Builder, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
  • Define and enforce governance, security, and data management policies across Salesforce environments.
  • Manage release cycles, sandbox refreshes , and deployment using CI / CD tools such as GitHub, Copado, or Gearset .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, IT, and business) to ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning , and technical documentation .

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a lead or architect-level role.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC (Lightning Web Components).
  • Proven experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Communities) .
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits .
  • Experience in API integrations, Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and external system connectivity .
  • Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL , and Apex testing frameworks .
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CI / CD processes and DevOps tools .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II , Salesforce Administrator , or Application Architect certifications preferred.
