Executive Search

This role will work closely with the TA Leader, Business Heads, HRBPs, and global stakeholders to drive senior-level hiring across functions.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• ️ 10–15 years of overall Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in recruitment consulting industry special focus in Indian Market.
• ️ Minimum 5 years of proven expertise in Leadership / Executive hiring
• ️ Proven track record in business development / client acquisition within the executive search or recruitment space
• ️ Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with global teams
