Executive Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the HOD’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
• Follow-up on enquiries from parents and students
• Schedule and manage appointments and other requests from parents & students
• Parents & Students interaction on regular basis online & offline
• Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and student records
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
• Emailing, phone calls, meeting minutes & notes and other administrative tasks
