Job description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our tour and travel team. The intern will assist the sales department in promoting travel packages, developing client relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales process. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the tourism industry, customer service, and business development.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

  • Sales Support & Lead Generation :
  • Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Research new markets, travel trends, and customer segments.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, calls, and social media.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
  • Customer Relationship Management :
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or social media.
  • Assist in preparing travel quotations, itineraries, and proposals.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm bookings and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide information on travel destinations, packages, and promotions.
  • Marketing & Promotion :
  • Support marketing campaigns to promote tours and travel packages.
  • Help create promotional materials (flyers, social media posts, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Operations Coordination :
  • Coordinate with tour operators, hotels, transport providers, and partners.
  • Support the team in confirming reservations and ensuring smooth travel arrangements.
  • Help manage documentation (invoices, bookings, and confirmations).
  • Reporting & Analysis :
  • Track sales performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports.
  • Analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements in sales strategies.
  • Provide insights on market competition and emerging trends.
