Marketing Visibility Specialist

As a Marketing Visibility Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our marketing data. You will work closely with X-Rite Visibility Managers, Global and Regional Marketeers, and cross-functional teams to plan and execute deliverables and timing for visibility initiatives. You will set the tone for a collaborative environment that values equity of voice, inclusive behaviors and trusting teams.

This position is part of the X-Rite Global Marketing Team and will be remote work flexibility. You will demonstrate intellectual honesty and agility, with the ability to pivot based on shifting priorities and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, your responsibilities will include :

• Validating and verifying company and contact information from various sources to ensure data accuracy.
• Scrubbing and cleansing data to remove duplicates, outdated records, and inconsistencies.
• Researching and enriching records with missing or updated information, such as job titles, emails, and phone numbers.
• Identifying and qualifying potential leads based on predefined criteria to support our sales and marketing efforts.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align data with campaign and outreach goals.
• Maintaining data hygiene standards and documenting data quality processes to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Using CRM and data tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to manage and update records efficiently.
• Generating reports on data quality metrics and lead qualification outcomes to provide insights and support decision-making.
