We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our collaborative team and help build world-class software products for clients and internal platforms.

Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Developer at NMSR INFOTECH, you will take ownership of building end-to-end web and mobile applications using modern technologies. You will work across the frontend, backend, mobile development, API integration, DevOps, and analytics layers, contributing to scalable and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications using Next.js, React.js, Angular , and Node.js .
  • Design backend systems and services using Java , Spring Boot , and microservices architecture .
  • Create and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter .
  • Build robust and efficient RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Implement database schemas and queries using MongoDB and integrate with cloud-based services ( AWS ).
  • Containerize and manage services with Docker and Kubernetes .
  • Manage codebase via Git and Bitbucket , follow version control best practices.
  • Set up and manage CI / CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with designers to apply UX / UI principles for responsive and accessible designs.
  • Generate system reports, dashboards, and analytics modules for internal and client use.
  • Maintain deployment pipelines and ensure mobile apps are up-to-date on App Store and Google Play .

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Proficiency with :
  • Frontend : React.js, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
  • Backend : Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, GraphQL
  • Mobile : React Native or Flutter
  • Database : MongoDB
  • DevOps & Tools : AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Bitbucket, CI / CD
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture and modern application frameworks .
  • Solid grasp of UX / UI principles and responsive design methodologies.
  • Experience in mobile application deployment (iOS & Android).
  • Proven ability to develop analytics and reporting features.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or relational databases.
  • Experience with authentication platforms (e.g., Firebase, Auth0).
  • Exposure to Agile development and versioned API strategies.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimisation skills.
