Job Description :

We are seeking highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Heads to oversee and manage the entire accounting and financial operations of our client. The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the entire accounting function, including ledger management, accounts payable / receivable, and payroll.
Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets to support management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with taxation laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Oversee the audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
Support financial forecasting, planning, and analysis.

Qualifications & Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a similar industry.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
