Job Role : Head Of Sales

Experience : 5 years of experience in IT Sales (Web & Application Development)

Salary : ₹1,50,000 - ₹2,50,000 INR / month (Based on Experience)

Working Days : 5.5 days (As per Central Time)

Location : Remote

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Lead Management : Manage the complete inbound lead cycle from qualification to closure for web and mobile app development services.
  • Client Discovery : Conduct discovery calls to gather client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Proposal Creation : Create tailored proposals aligned with client expectations, scope of work, and project feasibility.
  • Client Relationship Building : Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients to drive repeat business.
  • Post-Sale Support : Deliver smooth post-sale onboarding and provide client support during the initial engagement phase.
  • Prospect Follow-ups : Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure consistent movement through the sales pipeline.
  • Technical Coordination : Coordinate with technical teams to confirm scope, delivery timelines, and resource availability.
  • CRM Updates : Update and track all interactions in the CRM system, including lead status, communications, and deal outcomes.
  • Market Monitoring : Monitor ongoing market trends to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting : Report weekly and monthly sales metrics, client feedback, and conversion insights to senior management.
  • Sales Forecasting : Forecast potential sales outcomes to assist with strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align client needs with delivery capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT Sales , specifically for web development and mobile application development projects.
  • Must have fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills .
  • Extensive experience in engaging and managing international clientele .
  • Ability to build strong client relationships , manage accounts , and drive business growth .
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced , client-focused environment .
