We are looking for an experienced AV / VC Support Engineer to manage and maintain audio-visual and video conferencing systems across meeting rooms, boardrooms, and event spaces. The role involves troubleshooting, setup, maintenance, and providing high-quality support during critical business meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) systems across offices.
- Handle setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of meeting room AV / VC equipment.
- Provide end-to-end support during Townhalls, All-Hands, and Leadership meetings, ensuring smooth operation of audio, video, and projector systems.
- Log and follow up on hardware / software issues with OEM vendors.
- Maintain inventory and warranty tracking for AV / VC equipment.
- Proactively alert management about expiring warranties / AMCs and suggest renewals.
- Ensure timely setup and smooth functioning of systems like amplifiers, speakers, microphones, and displays.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with a positive and professional attitude.

Experience in handling and supporting :Samsung displays, videowalls, LED 4K screens, and digital boardsBiamp audio systems and Evoko meeting schedulersPoly and Aver video conferencing systems (including MTR setups)Magic Info software for display content managementAmplifiers, handheld / collar microphones, and digital boards (Samsung / Microsoft)
