About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Long-Form Video Editor with a deep sense of storytelling, pacing, and cinematic flow. You’ll craft brand films, interviews, case studies, and documentaries that capture real emotion and authenticity.

You’ll also work on short-form content derived from long-form projects applying the same storytelling quality to shorter edits. This role demands both creative mastery and technical precision.

What You’ll Do

Edit long-format videos (brand films, founder stories, documentaries).

✂️ Create short-form edits that retain the depth and polish of long-form storytelling.

Collaborate with cinematographers to maintain visual continuity.

Manage audio, background scoring, and sound mixing for professional delivery.

Lead the colour grading process to establish tone and emotional weight.
