German Language Expert – Automotive Domain

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in the

German language (B2+)

and

Automotive domain

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client communication, testing processes, and Agile tools, and will play a key role in bridging technical and linguistic gaps between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead client communications fluently in

German , including conducting and summarizing meetings in both

German and English .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the

Automotive domain , ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Apply knowledge in

Verification & Validation (V&V) ,

unit testing , and

HIL testing .

Work with tools such as

JIRA ,

GitHub , and

SVN ; experience with

Kanban boards

is a plus.

Contribute to

test planning ,

test case creation ,

release planning , and

sprint planning .

Perform

code reviews , refactoring, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Mentor and manage team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Document technical artifacts and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum

5 years of experience

in the

Automotive domain .

Proficiency in

German language (B2 level or higher) .

Strong understanding of

testing methodologies , including V&V and HIL.

Hands-on experience with

JIRA ,

GitHub , and

SVN .

Basic knowledge of Agile practices including sprint and release planning.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage client interactions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both

German and English .

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with

Kanban boards

and Agile project management.

Exposure to

test automation

tools and frameworks.

Relevant certifications in

language proficiency ,

Agile , or

Automotive testing .
