Key Gainsight Roles and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of data management and reporting concepts.
- Platform Administration & Configuration : Manage day-to-day administration of the Gainsight platform, including user management, permissions, and security settings.
- Integration & Data Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations between Gainsight and other systems.
- Reporting & Analytics : Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for various stakeholder groups.
- Process Optimization & Automation : Identify opportunities to automate manual processes within Gainsight, configuring automated workflows, CTAs (Calls to Action), and playbooks.
- Stakeholder Support & Training : Provide technical support to Customer Success Managers and other Gainsight users, conducting training sessions for new features and functionality.
Must have 5+ years of experience in a related field, with a focus on Gainsight or a similar CRM system. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis is necessary.
