• BREAK DOWN THE MONOLITH INTO MICROSERVICES
• Define service boundaries, transition to REST + SQS communication containerised on ECS Fargate
• Owning AI workflow integration with OpenAI / Claude APIs and frameworks like LangChain
• Orchestrate AI pipelines, design multi-model systems, and lead our shift toward Bedrock / RAG-native infra
• Build and scale AI infrastructure on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, containers)
• Achieve observability, security, and cost efficiency
• Architect the AI platform for experimentation and scale
• Champion testing and correctness with unit, integration, and load testing
• Estimate, scope, and deliver complex features
• Maintain a culture of high velocity and minimal bureaucracy

Must-haves include 8+ years backend engineering experience, deep AWS + Node.js / TypeScript expertise, strong system design skills, production LLM workflow experience, hands-on with LangChain / agentic frameworks, and MongoDB & Redis tuning / debugging expertise.
