We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and performance management.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development of compensation and benefits programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning.
Skills and Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in HR or related field.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Experience in employee engagement and performance management strategies.Skills Required
