The Chief of Staff (CoS) to the CEO is the strategic, operational, and organisational engine behind Teertham.
This role is designed explicitly as a COO‑track position , where the candidate spends 12–24 months deeply embedded in all business functions, mastering execution, systems, and leadership before taking over the entire operations charter.
The CoS will :
