Coforge is seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Solutioning Leader to drive strategic initiatives in the health insurance (payer) segment within our Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) business unit. This role demands a visionary thinker with deep domain expertise, strong techno-functional capabilities, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategies, crafting differentiated solutions, and enabling business growth through strategic customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution & Offering Development : Drive the design / evolution of AI-led technology and BPaaS solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC.
• Industry & Technology Trend Monitoring : Track and align with HCLS industry and emerging technology trends to identify and position relevant solutions and offerings.
• Thought Leadership : Develop thought leadership POV, white papers, etc., represent the organization in industry forums, contribute to building a strong vertical brand presence.
• Customer Engagements : Lead customer meetings / workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position / co-develop solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Partner & Analyst Engagement : Work closely with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute GTM strategies including joint solutioning and expand market reach.
• GTM Strategy & Marketing : Define / refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
