Technical Writer

They're looking for a Technical Content Marketer to help us tell our story, educate our audience, and drive engagement across technical and enterprise communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation , user manuals, API references, FAQs, and online help articles for Adopt.Ai’s suite of agentic AI solutions .
• Develop engaging marketing and educational content such as blog posts, tutorials, Reddit campaigns, case studies, and product guides to promote product adoption.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to translate technical details into clear and actionable information.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all documentation in alignment with company brand and style guidelines.
• Research the latest trends and best practices in agentic AI, workflow automation, and enterprise SaaS to enrich documentation and thought-leadership content.
• Revise and improve documentation based on product updates and user feedback .
• Manage and organize all documentation in relevant CMS platforms or repositories .
• Contribute to community engagement by creating expert-level resources for forums, webinars, and user groups.
