Job Title : Panel Technician

Job Summary :

Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Technician to join their manufacturing unit. The role involves assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electrical control panels as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical panel assembly and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble electrical control panels, switchboards, and distribution panels according to wiring diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Perform wiring, crimping, and termination of cables, wires, and components.
• Install electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, contactors, meters, PLCs, and other control devices.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.
• Assist in panel testing, troubleshooting, and rectifying wiring or component issues.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and best practices during panel assembly and wiring.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in a clean and organized manner.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Document work progress, modifications, and testing results.
