Job descriptionStrong experience managing Exchange Online , including email routing and security configurations. Hands-on support experience with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform . Expertise in endpoint management through Microsoft Intune . Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and admin tools. Strong PowerShell scripting capabilities for automation, troubleshooting, and management. Understanding of M365 licensing models and tenant functionality. Experience working with Jira and Confluence . Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field. Microsoft certifications are preferred.
Reporting to : Director, Infrastructure Engineering
We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (M365) to manage, optimize, and secure our Microsoft 365 environment. This role focuses on administering M365 workloads, implementing new features, managing Intune configurations, and providing advanced technical support across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, migrate, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services.
- Configure and implement new features and solutions within the M365 tenant.
- Administer core M365 workloads : Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive .
- Provide Level 3 escalation support for complex M365 issues.
- Configure and manage endpoint policies using Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
- Monitor M365 services, troubleshoot issues, and utilize tools such as the M365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to resolve issues and roll out enhancements.
- Develop and maintain admin documentation and end-user support guides.
